2 Frozen Pie Crusts
2 cans of apple pie filling
1/4 cup of brandy or rum
1/2 of cup of golden raisins
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of pecan pieces
4 table spoons of melted butter
1 t-spoon of vanilla extract
Melt butter and mix all ingredients in large bowl!
Cut pie dough to fit the bottom of a 4 inch ramekin (should measure 3 1/2 inchs- Place pie rounds on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Place baked round in bottom of ramekin. Fill each ramekin with 1 cup of apple filling.
Use a small heart cookie cutter (1 1/2 inch) and cut out heart shapes with left over dough and place on top of the apples! Spray with canola or corn oil and top with granulated natural golden sugar. Place ramekins on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until golden! Prior to removing mini pies you can turn on the broiler to melt the sugar on top of the pies! Just beautiful and easy peazy!!
Serve warm or room temperature with vanilla ice cream!
