Needless to say, for those of you who know me, I have a few passions. My family, friends, food, travel, and oh, I forgot, I love the game of golf too. Somehow food has always been a big part of my upbringing. My Mom was a great cook and as she once said about me.. “I taught her everything she knows”… now that’s in the kitchen! I remember when I was a Girl Scout, my first badge was a COOKING BADGE! I thought back on what I cooked and remembered my Mom suggesting Lobster Fra Divolo! The love of cooking and creating in the kitchen started at a very early age. Who would have guessed that my career path, included working as a Director of Catering in the hospitality industry, where I worked with some of the best and most creative chefs in the USA! The OJT was invaluable! That experience, blended with that of the Travel Industry, has afforded me the opportunity to try all types of cuisines from around the world.
